I took it for a few laps at Sunshine Village and found it was super playful but still very study under foot with more of a medium flex. It has my favourite camber profile that is bullet proof all over the mountain or learning new park tricks at Canyon Ski Hill.

#9 Salomon Wonder- I put this number 9 because this is just an all around great board for the price and still has tons of durable tech in it. It is a super forgiving camber that is flat between the feet and rocker on nose and tail. This is such a fun surfy, yet responsive board. Which makes it great for all types of riders.

#8 Gnu LADIES CHOICE

#8 Gnu Ladies Choice- Jamie Anderson Pro Model- I mean if its good enough for Jamie Anderson it is good enough for me! The Asym Twin shape was cool making heel side turns slightly quicker than other boards. I felt this board excelled in the park and also the powder. With the rocker in the middle of the board it really helps float in deeper snow and keep your nose up. C2 camber also helps spring load ollies in the park!

When I first rode the Dream Weaver I was a little apprehensive with the directional shape but I was blown away! It rides like a directional twin, Feels nimble like a twin with just a slightly longer nose. It has a super smooth side cut making carving effortless yet responsive. I loved it so much, I bought the Split board version of this board. It keeps you up on top of the powder and gives the response you need for quick turns in the trees. Also, smooth and solid ride on groomers! It's too much fun!

Jones Dream Weaver- Directional / Hybrid Rocker Camber

The Dream Weaver is a high performance all-mountain board with an easy-to-turn directional shape and friendly flex that's built for all-mountain cruising, carving and freestyle. I found it was super fun and all I wanted to do was slash into deep surfy carves every run!

#4 on the list is Capita Paradise - This board I actually chose to bring on my trip to Japan in 2017. With unpredictable snow conditions I wanted to bring something good for everything and this board was it! It's mellow set back gives you that little extra nose on the deeper days but hardly notice it in the park. The camber in the centre makes it super responsive on groomers but the rocker on the tip and tail make it forgiving in the park and powder. This is truly a do it all snowboard and you cant go wrong riding it at canyon or all over the world !

#2 Jones Twin Sister- This board, oh man! It can do everything I mean everything. If you want one board to do it all this is it. It is soft enough and snappy enough for park and great for jumps. It is full on a twin snowboard with just a slight set back which also makes it float in the powder with ease. It has a slightly wider waist so if you have bigger feet it will fit very comfortably. The wider waist helps keep you up on top of the snow but also gives you lots of landing gear on jumps. I highly recommend this board and you can take it anywhere!

#1 Capita Birds of a Feather- This board is my number 1 choice, I have rode this board for over 5 years. I have tried tons of others but end up coming back to "the birds". It is my do it all board and wins awards for a reason. "The Birds" is super lightweight, super poppy, super responsive and yet is also soft and forgiving when you need it. It is great for intermediate/experienced riders but also for someone wanting to progress their skills.
